When grinding the spelt, we end up with flour on one side and pieces of husks – bran on the other. They are mainly known for their high fiber content. You can mix them into yogurt, cottage cheese, milk or add them when baking bread, cookies, to thicken dishes…

But beware! Millet bran binds a large amount of water in the intestines and swells, so adequate hydration is also key when consuming it.
