Using the general conditions

These general condition regulate the conditions of use and and buying through the web site, which is accessible on the URL (hereinafter: ‘web site’) and managed by the company MALN,Majdič Janez s.p.  (hereinafter: ‘seller).

These general conditions are used for the whole web site, all its content and sub-sites. By using the web site, the user accepts all the clauses of these general conditions, which also includes all the links as their integral parts. The general conditions were put together considering all the legal obligations and international guidelines for e-shops, which are also represented by the Zveza potrošnikov Slovenije.

Securing personal information in an online store

We in the company MALN, Majdič Janez s.p. take privacy seriously, in accordance with the law (ZVOP-2) of protection of personal data and user rights. In order to buy in our e-shop the user has to be 18 years old or older. You can check and change your information on on the link: My account (// We do not market your personal data, we use it solely for the needs of orders (offers, invoice and delivery of ordered items). We also use them for the purpose of communication with our clients and do not give it to third parties.

For the purpose of business with the users we collect the following user information:

  • name and family name
  • address
  • e-mail address (your username)
  • contact phone number
  • encrypted password
  • order history

We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of data input by the user!

For security reasons we also collect IP addresses, from which users access the website. Each user gets a session cookie when visiting for the purpose of identification and updating the shopping cart.

The seller contributes all the required technological and organisational solutions for a wholesome security of the purchase. Security is also taken care of by following all the valid legal obligations and recommendation from Slovenian and international consumer organisations. The transfer of delicate personal or transaction information on the web site is processed in a safe mode with the help of SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). The data is encrypted with a 128-bit key. This prevents anyone to read the personal and transaction data you send to the e-shop.

All the above mentioned data, except for cookies, are stored on the server of long term, and can be accessed solely by the company MALN, Majdič Janez s.p..

Securing personal information for a contact form

We at the company MALN, Majdič Janez s.p. take great care to protect your personal data in accordance with the law (ZVOP-2) of personal data security and user rights. We get your personal information through a contact form. They are needed for communication with you (e.g. offer, invoice) and are not given further to third parties or otherwise marketed.
For the need of making buisness with you or to communicate with you we need the following information from the user:

  • contact phone number.

We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the data input by the user!

Prices on the web side are in euros (EUR) and are with 9,5% for food and 22% VAT. All the prices on the web site can change without a warning.

A sales contract is formed between the seller and the buyer the moment when the provider confirms the receipt of the order. From this moment on all the prices and other conditions are obligatory for both parties, for the seller as well as for the buyer.

These general conditions are an integral part of the contract.


To place an order in the internet shop you need to log in. If you want to place an order you just must give us exact information.

Maln, Majdič Janez s.p. can also decline an order if they find out that they would not be able to carry it out under the given conditions. They will notify the buyer of this beforehand and give the reasons for the decline as well as give the reasons for the decline, if that is possible of course.

The order of the goods is valid as a confirmation of the sales contract. When completing the order process the buyer will receive information about the order on the given e-mail address. Usually the notification should come within 5 minutes, but it is not unusual for the process to take longer due to different settings of e-mail service providers.

The buyer will receive an e-mail notification as well when we dispatch the goods. After that it takes about a day or two for GLS Slovenia to deliver the goods to the buyer’s address.

In case you ordered goods which because of unexpected reasons cannot be dispatched within the promised deadline we will inform you of the new delivery date using the given contact information.

Cancelling the order

The received orders through the web site can be cancelled without additional costs to the buyer until the receipt of the e-mail notice that the goods have been dispatched from the web site

The notice of the order cancellation can be turned off with an e-mail to It is obligatory to include the following information in your email:
– In the subject: Order cancellation
– In the content of the message: a) name and family name of the buyer, b) buyer’s address, c) order number

Withdrawing from the contract and returning the goods
The consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the order without having to give a reason for their decision. It counts as being on time, if the package is dispatched on time. Returning the ordered goods to the company within the deadline of 14 days after receiving it is considered equal to a notice of order cancellation. The only cost the buyer must cover regarding the order cancellation is the indirect cost of the returning of the goods. The latter must be returned within thirty (30) days from the day of the notice of cancellation. If the consumer withdrew from the contract the company must return all the processed payments. The return of the money must be done by the company as soon as possible, but the latest within 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

All the costs connected with the return of the products are covered by the buyer. The buyer must return the products undamaged, in the same amount and in the undamaged original packaging. We are not responsible for the caused costs outside of general conditions.

We do NOT accept mail with cash on delivery (COD). In case of delivery on our costs we will charge you the costs of returning according to the valid price list of GLS Slovenia.


The seller issues a receipt on a lasting medium, with a breakdown of the costs and a notification for the buyer how to withdraw from the purchase and how to return the products. The method of payment is chosen by the buyer in the process of ordering.

The buyer can pay the ordered goods in the e-shop in the following way:
–  cash on delivery when receiving the post: In the payment options choose the option cash on delivery.
– proforma invoice to bank account: You can pay for the products through any e-bank or by bill on the bank or post office. After the order confirmation, we will send all the required information for the payment on your e-mail address.



All the prices include VAT. The prices are valid at the time of ordering and do not have a pre-determined validity. Prices are valid in case of paying in the above-mentioned payment ways under the above-mentioned conditions. Even though we do our utmost best to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information it can happen that a price tag is wrong. In this case or in case the price changes during order processing the seller will enable the buyer to withdraw from the order while at the same time offering the buyer a solution in both parties’ benefit. The sales contract between the seller and buyer is made at the moment the seller confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic notification of the status Order confirmed). From this moment on all the prices and other conditions are fixed and hold both for the seller as well as for the buyer.

Delivery time

Items on stock have a delivery time of 3-6 work days.

In case you are interested in a product not on stock or in our offer we recommend you contact us through e-mail and we will send you an offer, if that product is in our sales program.

Delivery and receiving

In e-shop we strive for the fastest possible delivery of the ordered goods. We do our best to dispatch most received orders until 4pm the next work day, except during weekends and holidays.

In case you ordered goods and we cannot deliver it in the promised deadline due to unexpected reasons we will notify you of a new delivery date through the given contact information.

Delivery is made in cooperation with GLS Slovenia. On workdays, the ordered goods will be at the address of the receiver in a day or two after dispatching the goods (so if we dispatch the goods today GLS Slovenia will deliver it presumably tomorrow, in some cases the day after tomorrow). Based on our experience so far, the time it takes from the day the buyer gives the order in the e-shop to the day of delivery 3 workdays. During holiday and weekends the delivery time is extended for the appropriate number of days.

It is also possible to take over the delivery at the seat of the company. This is possible from Monday to Friday between 7 AM to 4 PM on prior agreement.

Price of delivery

We dispatch all the deliveries with GLS Slovenia with which we have a contract.

With orders over 50 EUR (not counting the delivery costs) the delivery in Slovenia is free of charge.


The articles have a warranty, if it says so on the warranty card or on the invoice. The warranty is valid, if done in accordance with the instruction on the warranty card and if the invoice is included. Information on the warranty is also available on the product description page. If there are no information on the warranty then the product does not have one or it is not known at that moment. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the seller, who will provide up-to-date information.

Offer validity

When buying the prices valid are the ones at the moment of order confirmation. All the prices include VAT. Prices in e-shop can change without prior notice.

All information on the web site, for example product descriptions, specification, photographs, are not obligatory. The pictures are only symbolic and do not always reflect the actual state in full. The seller reserves the right to minor changes in the product description without the need to notify users.

Archiving contracts

The concluded contract between the buyer and the seller is located electronically at the seat of the company Maln, Majdič Janez s.p., Selo pri Ihanu 49, 1230 Domžale. The buyer can get a copy of the contract with a demand at the e-mail address
