Chestnut honey
Chestnut honey has a characteristic dark brown-red color and, due to the higher content of pollen, a stronger and more bitter taste. A darker color indicates a higher antioxidant content. Due to the higher content of fruit sugar – fructose, it crystallizes a little slower. It is poured in June and July.
