Khorasan grits

You will recognize it by its characteristic soft yellowish color. It is becoming more and more popular in cuisine, as it is excellent for preparing both sweet and savory dishes. You can use it to replace part of the flour when baking bread, use it to prepare soup spoons or semolina cake. You can cook it in water or milk, enrich it with fresh fruit or use it as a side dish to various sauces or goulash.
