Spelt flour

Spelt flour is obtained by grinding peeled millet grains with slow friction between two stones – this process preserves the nutritional content, aroma and rich, slightly sweet taste reminiscent of nuts in the flour. Spelled flour can be used in the kitchen to prepare savory and sweet dishes. Try baking spelt bread, make semolina dough for pizza, pancakes, we also enthusiastically bake cookies from spelt flour.
