Spelt

Spelled is an excellent alternative to rice for preparing spelled “risotto”, we use it as a side dish or addition to stews. Cook the spelled in the same way as the rice, just a little longer. Boil it in boiling and slightly salted water for about 45 minutes. The millet porridge will not overcook, even when already cooked it will be a bit harder compared to rice.
