When grinding wheat grains, we end up with flour on one side and particles of husks (bran) on the other. Wheat bran is characterized by its high content of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. You can mix them into yogurt, cottage cheese, smoothies or use them as an addition to bread and cookies.
