We all know fully well, how important is to have a deep and quality sleep, which depends a lot on our bed and pillow. Buckwheat or spelt pillow are filled with the husks of our buckwheat or spelt, and are meant for you to have a pleasant sleep. The husks have been cleaned, do not contain dust particles and are therefore also suitable for people, sensitive to mites.

- You can adjust the height and hardness yourself, because the husks can easily be removed through a zipper.
- Spelt husks are good at regulating temperature. That is why the pillow is ideal for use for the whole year; it cools us in the summer and heats us in the winter.
- Spelt is resistant to mites, and is therefore suitable for asthmatics and people, sensitive to mites.
- Besides being excellent at transmitting temperature it is also great at transmitting moisture; therefore it is ideal against sweating and keeping allergens and microorganisms away.
- Spelt is a sun wheat, therefore it retains its power with the help of sun energy.
- Spelt grows in acid soul, therefore it contains crystals of flint acid, which is stored in spelt husks. Flint acid has a positive effect on our skin, similar as clay and other silicates.
USE: pillows filled with spelt husks are recommended to all, who are not sensitive or allergic to gluten (we recommend you remove some husks out of the pillow to make it a bit lower and more comfortable).
FILLING: Cleaned spelt husks or cleaned whole grains.
COVER: Made from 100% inlet natural cotton with a zipper.

CARE and MAINTENANCE: Air the pillow together with the filling a few times per year (at least three to four times).

Spelt contains gluten and because of that the use is not advised to those allergic or intolerant to it.
