Wheat flour

The flour is ground and packaged on the fly. Fine and coarse wheat flour differ in the final particle size, they are ideal for making puffed and crumbly dough, all kinds of pastries, cookies, bread and savory pastries. When using whole grain wheat flour, we have to add a little more water due to the higher content of dietary fiber.
